Nephtalie, founder of NephCo

Nephtalie Floersch, 21, is the Company Executive Officer at  NephCo Beachfront where a “fresh breath of air is the best kind of air.” The beachfront, two-part deck and island provides island getaways to locals and visitors, year round, weekends included for an affordable price with various entertainment. Ms. Floersch has been running the company for three years now. She is outgoing, optimistic, innovative, inspirational, driven and smiles when faced with obstacles. In a world where experience speaks, Ms. Floersch does not let let her youth stop her from persevering. She is not afraid to take necessary risks nor does she let her competition stare her down. In an interview with Ms. Floersch, she revealed that one of her strongest traits is her optimism. In a market that fluctuates (uncertainty of the economy), she stated that remaining optimistic keeps her “grounded” in a way not to lose who she really is. “You ought to stay positive, no matter what winds blow your way and no matter how hard they blow.”
